Global Geoscience Ltd (ASX:GSC) remains focused on the wholly-owned Rhyolite Ridge project located in Nevada, U.S., which is a large, shallow lithium-boron deposit.
The project is in an infrastructure rich region, and is located 25 kilometres west of Albermarle’s Silver Peak lithium mine and 340 kilometres from the Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) Gigafactory near Reno.
Global Geoscience is now heading to market with a capital raising, and the ASX has granted a trading halt to prepare.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 28th September 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
