9 Spokes International Ltd (ASX:9SP) and Singapore’s OCBC Bank have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enter further negotiations.
This follows the successful proof of concept with OCBC in June this year, and provides the company with its first foray into the Asian region.
The business development opportunity was brought to 9 Spokes by its new Global Alliance Partner.
OCBC is the second largest financial services group in Southeast Asia by assets.
9 Spokes already has a blue chip client portfolio, including RBC, Barclays Bank, Deloitte and Suncorp.

Highlighting the user uptake and momentum behind 9 Spokes, the company recently passed the 15,000-user milestone, adding 5,000 users in a record of just 31 days.
To put the gain into perspective, the new businesses delivered a 74% increase in adoption run rate during the period.
