Adobe Systems Inc (NASDAQ:ADBE) saw its shares drop in premarket trade after the company reported third quarter results that came at the top end of Wall Street’s expectations.
On Tuesday, the software company said it recorded third-quarter net income of US$419.6mln, or 84 US cents a share, compared to US$270.8mln, or 54 US cents a share, a year ago.
Adjusted earnings were US$1.10 a share.
During the period, revenue rose to US$1.84bn from US$1.46bn a year ago.
Wall Street had expected US$1.01 a share on revenue of US$1.82bn.
In premarket, Adobe shares eased 2.78% at US$152.25.
