Staffing specialist Empresaria Group plc (LON:EMR) has appointed the company’s finance director to the role of chief operating officer to implement the group’s Invest and Develop strategy.
Spencer Wreford, who has been FD since 2010, will carry out both jobs until a new chief number cruncher can be found.
"I am delighted that Spencer has agreed to take on the role of chief operating officer, something he has effectively been doing for a number of years,” said Joost Kreulen, Empresaria chief executive.
“This is an important step for Empresaria, to add more management capacity in the head office to support our diversified group and to deliver on our strategy."
