Venus Metals Corporation Ltd (ASX:VMS) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of a capital raising.
The company controls 26 kilometres of highly prospective gold stratigraphy along the Youanmi Shear Zone, on the Youanmi Greenstone Belt in Western Australia.
Recent exploration highlights from Pincher Hill include: 6 metres at 11.15 g/t gold from 36 metres; and 3 metres at 10.43 g/t gold from 56 metres.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 4th September 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
