BOS GLOBAL Holdings PLC managing director hailed as a “remarkable achievement,” the granting of two Australian patents protecting its workplace productivity software.
The first covers “server and computer-implemented method for managing activities performed by users” and relates specifically to the firm’s BOS Time and BOS360 Work Patterns platforms.
The second locks up the intellectual property around its “computer-implemented system and method for verifying a time-based service”. This provides an additional protection for BOS Time.
MD Travia said: “The granting of these two patents is an exceptional outcome for the talented team of BOS people and for our clients and shareholders.
“Both patents directly relate to and protect our investment and sales of BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service and BOS Time products.
“This material event bodes well for our continued success to attract global and regional enterprises evaluating these products that have the potential to realise significant license subscription revenue for both reseller and BOS Global.”
“We as a business are at a tipping point with the growing recognition of BOS Workforce Analytics as a smart strategic initiative with the potential to disrupt traditional thinking of how to improve workforce productivity, boost bottom line performance ahead of automation, organisation design or related workplace challenges faced by business and governments worldwide - this is a game changer."
