Asiamet Resources Limited (LON:ARS) has filed a technical report confirming the previously announced resource at the Beruang Kanan Main zone as 49.2 mln tonnes at 0.70% copper.
This equates to containing 711.3 mln pounds or 322,600 tonnes of copper at a 0.2% copper cut-off grade.
In addition, there is an inferred Resources of 17.7 mln tonnes at 0.6% copper containing 241.0 mln pounds or 109,300 tonnes of copper at a 0.2% copper cut-off grade.

It said 73% of the copper contained in resources is within the April 2016 BKM Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") conceptual open pit mine design.
