Royal Road Minerals disposes of non-operational Mexico assets

The group's key operating subsidiary in Nicaragua was transferred by Caza Gold Corp to Royal Road Minerals

In a brief statement, precious metals explorer Royal Road Minerals Ltd (CVE:RYR) said it had finalised an internal reorganization to dispose of non-operational assets in Mexico and streamline its structure.

The group's key operating subsidiary in Nicaragua was transferred by Caza Gold Corp to Royal Road Minerals

In May this year, Royal Road completed the acquisition of 100% of Caza Gold Corp (CVE:CZY).

The Mexico assets were sold via a share sale to an arm's length purchaser Generic Capital Corporation for cash.

Royal Road Minerals said it plans to continue its focus on advancing its Piedra Iman and Los Andes projects in Nicaragua (formerly held through Caza Gold) and its projects in southern Colombia.
