Ceramics group Churchill China PLC (LON:CHH) said the business continued to make “good progress” as it updated on trading.
It said growth had been strong in export markets, while innovation has “increased valued added product sales”.
“Our performance in the first half of the year has also benefited from weaker sterling exchange rates against the comparative period,” Churchill said.
It added it remained confident of hitting its performance target. Results for the six months to June 30 will be published on August 31.
