Walkabout Resources (ASX:WKT) has extended its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to now close on the 28th June 2017.
The timeline also has the issue of new shares expected on the 5th July 2017, and the quotation of these shares on the following day.
The SPP is fully underwritten and will raise $1.25 million, with the price to be issued at a 20% discount to the 5 day volume weighted average price at the time of issue.
The funds will be used to advance the Lindi Jumbo Graphite Project located in Tanzania.
Walkabout is currently engaged in discussions with multiple parties regarding project funding and product sales and marketing.
