Amur Minerals focused on Kun-Manie resource upgrades

The 2017 field programme includes 10,000 metres of planned resource drilling at Kubuk and 5,000 metres of planned resource drilling at IKEN.

Amur Minerals PLC (LON:AMC) says objectives of this year summer exploration programme at Kubuk is to convert 10.9mln tonnes of inferred resources to indicated, step drilling and the acquisition of metallurgical bulk sample.

At Ikenskoe/Sobolevsky, anothertarget at the Kun-Manie nickel project in Far East Russia, the aim is to undertake step out drilling in the direction of Kubuk and to also collect a bulk metallurgical sample.

The 2017 field programme includes 10,000 metres of planned resource drilling at Kubuk and 5,000 metres of planned resource drilling at IKEN.

Sufficient supplies for 20,000 metres have been delivered to the project site.

At the end of 2016, cash reserves were US$8.2mln. There was a loss for the year of US$5.77mln.
