Mail delivery DX (Group) PLC (LON:DX.) has been notified of an investigation by the City of London Police centred on the DX Exchange operations.
The City of London Police Economic Crime Directorate made the DX board aware of the allegation on 7 June.
DX added the investigation is at a very early stage and it is co-operating fully with the City of London Police.
The company is currently in the middle of negotiating the merger of its distribution business with John Menzies’ distribution arm for £40mln in cash and shares
