Regenerative medtech Tissue Regenix PLC (LON:TRX) has resumed talks over the acquisition of US rival Cellright Technologies after a Texas court lifted its temporary restraining order.
Tissue said talks are ongoing but there is no certainty a deal will be agreed.
Earlier this month, the Leeds-based group said a temporary restraining order had been applied for by one of Cellright Technologies LLC’s members against the sale.
Texas-based Cellright make a range of regenerative and graft products, notably Matrix 01 a human bone cell scaffold that is processed using the US company’s BioRinse technology.
