Eckoh PLC (LON:ECK), the secure payment specialist, said its new chief financial officer has formally assumed the role.
Chrissie Herbert, PayPoint’s former UK and Ireland finance director, takes over from Adam Moloney.
A chartered accountant who trained with KPMG, Herbert has “considerable executive experience” at a number of high growth, consumer facing businesses, including Collect+ - a joint venture between PayPoint and Yodel - and Travelodge Hotels.
Moloney has stepped down from the board and will leave Eckoh following “an orderly handover of his responsibilities”.
The company said it will release a trading update on May 8.
