Gaining over 7% in Toronto today was mining small cap Arizona Silver Exploration Inc (CVE: AZS).
It said it has found high grade silver at the old Ramsey mine ahead of drilling due to start next month.

Meanwhile, Royal Road Minerals Ltd (CVE:RYR) may have a "compelling" drill-ready porphyry copper and gold target at Los Andes in Nicaragua, it told investors on Tuesday.
As reported last month, Royal Road acquired over 90% of Nicaragua-focused Caza Gold and is currently completing compulsory acquisition of the remaining 10%
TheraLase Technologies Inc (CVE:TLT, OTCMKTS:TLTFF) today said a second patient had been treated with its photo dynamic therapy (PDT) treatment for bladder cancer and a third has been enrolled.
On April 4, the company revealed the tech had been used for the first time in human clinical testing on the first patient - a major milestone.
Theralase chief executive Roger Dumoulin-White said today: "Theralase has now completed PDT treatment of 2 patients and looks forward to successfully treating the next patient and reporting out on the status of the first three patients in the study in 2Q2017."
American Lithium Corp (CVE:LI) was also in the news today.
The group unveiled encouraging samples from the North playa area at Fish Lake Valley in Nevada, which show it is a strong exploration target, the firm said.
American Lithium has options over 22,332 acres (9,038 hectares) of lithium brine claims in the valley.
Chief executive Michael Kobler said: "Highs of 300mg/L Li in near surface brine samples and 452 ppm Li in near surface sediments validate the North Playa as a strong exploration target for economic lithium resources."
SDX Energy Inc (CVE:SDX) shares rose Tuesday thanks to a new gas discovery in Egypt’s Nile Delta.
An exploration well on the South Disouq project has unearthed gas in the first of three target areas, the company said.
It marks a successful start to the potentially significant South Disouq project, which will also assess two deeper oil prospects soon.
