Sound Energy PLC’s (LON:SOU) chief executive James Parsons has topped up his holding in the Morocco and Italy focused oil and gas explorer.
Parsons bought around £20,000 worth of shares at 73.965p.
Major shareholder Greenbury also increased its stake with the acquisition of 300,000 shares at 74.81p and now owns 9.91%.
Greenbury is an affiliate of Sound director Mario Fumagalli.
Earlier this week, Sound confirmed the presence of gas in two sequences, Westphalian sands (from a depth of 2,762 metres) and the TAGI reservoir sands (from 2,642 metres) at it keenly anticipated Tendrara licence in Morocco.
The TE-8 well was 12 kilometres and confirmed a significant extension of the Tendrara field.
