Berry Beumer, chief operating officer of Kromek Group PLC (LON:KMK) has bought 80,000 shares in the radiation technology specialist.

Beumer bought the shares at 29.35p each.

The purchase gives him a 0.03% stake in the company.

Shares in Kromek rose 3.8% to 27.5p on the news.
