Lucky Wingabar, mySQUAR Limited's (LON:MYSQ) casual gaming platform, has been officially launched with five casual games designed for short playing times.
The Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform operator said it was one of the first companies to launch a casual online gaming platform in the Myanmar market.
“With the incorporation of various appropriate payment solutions for players to purchase in-game assets, we are now able to monetise the platform on a large scale," said Eric Schaer, chief executive officer of MySQUAR.
The app was given a “soft launch” last week. The platform and the games on it run on a “freemium” model, which essentially means players can play the game for free but then pay to unlock certain premium features.
