Bus routes operator Rotala PLC (LON:ROL) is to take on the majority of bus and train group Arriva's Wednesfield operations in the West Midlands.
The contracts being adopted by Rotala all expire on 21 October 2017. The estimated revenue for the remaining six months of the contracts until expiry is £600,000.
Arriva will retain operation of the 10A/B and 335 bus routes.
Shares in Rotala edged up 1.8% to 52.44p on the news.
