Patrick Cheetham, Tertiary Minerals’ (LON:TYM) executive chairman, has bought an additional 735,000 shares at prices between 0.895p and 0.92p.
The purchase takes his stake in the fluorspar explorer to stake to 4.72% and follows completion of the sale of its two gold leases in Finland.
Terms were as agreed in December, when the deal was first announced.
Tertiary will retain a royalty interest in the two sites, Kaaresselkä and Kiekerömaa, and receive £100,000 in cash and shares in Canada-listed buyer Aurion Resources (CVE:AU).
