Legend Mining (ASX:LEG) is exploring on one of Australia's host post codes, the Fraser Range of Western Australia, with partner Creasy Group.
Creasy Group is affiliated with legendary prospector Mark Creasy, who owned an interest in arguably one of Australia’s best discoveries in recent times – the Nova Bollinger nickel-copper project in the Fraser Range.
Legend is well-funded finishing 2016 with $8.2 million in cash and liquid assets.
The company is focused on the Rockford project which covers a strike length of 100 kilometres over a regional gravity high ridge associated with dense mafic/ultramafic intrusive rocks of the Fraser Zone.
Adding interest - the Nova-Bollinger deposit lies within this zone, and is situated on a similar tenor gravity ridge to that of Rockford.
