Gem International Resources Inc (CVE:GI) has completed its placing and raised $900,000, it said.
The mining group has issued 18 million units at five cents each, withn each consisting of one share and one share purchase warrant.
Each share purchase warrant entitles the bearer to buy one share for two years from the date of closing at 15 cents each.
