SMS Management & Technology (ASX:SMX) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of negotiations with a third party in relation to a possible change of control transaction.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 28th February 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
