First Property Group PLC (LON:FPO) is back on the acquisition trail in Poland, snapping up a recently built class A office building in Krakow.
In conjunction with a club of investors, First Property is acquiring Pilot Tower for €23mln,
The net operating income being generated by the property is currently €1.9mln per annum, equating to a net initial yield on purchase of 8.3% per annum.
Elsewhere, MySQUAR Limited (LON:MYSQ), the Myanmar-focused mobile app developer, has announced a new role-playing game for the hard-core gamer.
The game is called MyCombo and will be launched on Wednesday, 15 February.
It allows users to create unique characters, in standard role-playing tradition, choosing from among 50 warriors that can be modified by adding skills from a selection of 300.
A strong second half for EG Solutions plc (LON:EGS) ensured 2016 was a record-breaking year for the back-office workforce optimisation specialist.
The group expects to post record revenues of at least £5.69mln for the six months to January 31 2017 after a refocused strategy and several contract wins provided a boost trading.
Coupled with the £2.5mln generated in the first half of the year, eg is on track to hit expectations with full-year revenues of £8.2mln.
In other news, Hayward Tyler Group PLC (LON:HAYT) has raised £0.6mln through a loan notes issue.
The notes are for one year and carry interest of 6.75%. The funds will be used to reduce the company’s revolving credit facility with RBS which has agreed to extend the repayment for the £2.4mln short term borrowing to 28 February 2017.
KEFI Minerals plc (LON:KEFI) is raising £5.62mln to fund its significant work programme this year.
This includes more exploration on its asset in Saudi Arabia and, most importantly, the finalisation of the financing of Tulu Kapi, its gold development in Ethiopia.
The bulk of the new money will be provided via a sharing agreement with Lanstead Capital. Brandon Hill Capital has raised £600,000 and the directors and employees are putting in £400,000.
ANGLE PLC (LON:AGL, OTCQX:ANPCY) is part of a Europe-wide consortium that will set the standards for using blood-based markers to identify cancer.
The AIM-listed company will contribute its Parsortix technology, which harvests circulation tumour cells (CTC) that identify the presence and particular strain of the killer disease.
The CANCER-ID programme in which it is taking part will assess whether the ANGLE device should provide the standard method of harvesting CTCs.
LGO Energy PLC (LON:LGO) has been given approval to clear space for two shallow infill wells at the Goudron Field in eastern Trinidad.
Drilling operations will commence as soon as the site has been cleared and levelled and the rig is in the field, LGO said.
In other news, Sula Iron & Gold PLC (LON:SULA) has increased the number of drills it will use at its Ferensola gold project in Sierra Leone.
One drilled was originally planned, for the 2,400m drilling programme but its contractor Equity Drilling will now use two to speed up the process.
The two diamond drill rigs have now landed in Sierra Leone, been unloaded and are awaiting customs clearance, Sula added.
CentralNic PLC (LON:CNIC), the internet domains specialist, has beefed up its senior management team with another former Group NBT veteran: Stuart Fuller.
Fuller will join as group commercial director, heading up worldwide sales activities.
And finally, the bankable feasibility currently underway at the Tulkubash project owned by Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (LON:CGH) is scheduled for completion by the end of the first half of this year.
The project has also recently been endorsed by local leaders in the Kyrgyz Republic, following meetings attended company chairman Martin Andersson in the capital Bishkek. Among those in attendance was the prime minister of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbay Jeenbekov.
