The former chief financial officer of Zoopla (LON:ZPLA) and Betfair has joined the board of last mile broadband specialist Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group PLC (LON:SAT) as non-executive director.
Stephen Morana – who also sits on the board of fast fashion group Boohoo.com (LON:BOO) – will take up his new position with immediate effect.
He will replace Rodger Sargent who is set to resign from his position today.
“We are delighted to have someone of Stephen's calibre join the board,” said chief executive Andrew Walwyn.
“His experience of high growth companies and knowledge base within the equity markets will be invaluable as the business continues to grow rapidly both organically and through select acquisitions.
“We would also like to thank Rodger who was instrumental in helping the company list on AIM and remains a strong supporter of the company.”
Shares opened at 9.25p on Friday morning.
