DigitalX (ASX:DCC) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX in order to finalise a proposed corporate divestment transaction.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday, 8th February 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
Last year the company raised A$1.62 million via a share placement to sophisticated investors.
