Australian Mines (ASX:AUZ) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details regarding a capital raising.
The capital raising will comprise a placement of new shares to professional and sophisticated investors.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday, 8th February 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
