Asiamet to bin TSXV listing

The low levels of trading in Asiamet shares on TSXV no longer justify the listing costs

Dual-listed Asiamet Resources Limited (LON:ARS, CVE:ARS) is to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).

The copper explorer, which will remain listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market, took the decision to exit the Toronto market because of the minimal trading activity in the shares on the TSXV.

The shares are expected to delist at the end of trading on the last day of February.

Following delisting from the TSXV, on 31 March 2017, the company will also be closing its Canadian share register and merging it with the principal register in Bermuda to be maintained by Computershare Investor Services (Bermuda) Limited.

Shareholders are encouraged to contact Computershare Investor Services Inc, the company's Canadian share registrar for any information about the delisting process.
