Online video and marketing firm Brave Bison Group plc (LON:BBSN) said on Monday Ashley MacKenzie had resigned as chief executive.
In a brief regulatory statement, the firm also said that trading for the year to end December was in-line with management and market expectations.
In November, the firm revealed how it had significantly narrowed its underlying losses in the first half of 2016, helped in part by the pound’s post-Brexit plunge.
With around 75% of its revenues generated in other currencies, the weaker sterling had a positive effect on its most recent interim results published back at the end of July.
The London-based business hailing the recent internal restructuring too.
Brave Bison says it makes it easier for content owners, creators and brands to unlock the value of online video, whether on a licensed, ad-funded, direct to consumer or paid placement basis.
