Trading in the shares of CloudTag Inc (LON:CTAG) resumed after the health-focused wearable devices firm issued an update on financing, manufacturing and distribution. It is still remaining coy about the brand name of its first product, however. This will be revealed on the company's web site on Saturday.

MySQUAR Ltd (LON:MYSQ) confirmed it had achieved its objectives for the 2016 financial year, transitioning into a revenue generating entity. “The group is now in an excellent position to build its revenues as it targets future profitability,” MySQUAR said in a statement.

Business productivity software developer BOS GLOBAL HOLDINGS Ltd (LON:BOS) has confirmed the commercial release of its BOS-MEET Enterprise Meeting Management Solution. BOS-MEET is the first of nine productivity products that will eventually form the core of the company's BOS360 Work Patterns platform, which will launch commercially in full next May.

Anglo Asian Mining Plc’s (LON:AAZ) newly discovered oxide zone, Ugur, within its Gedabek licence area in western Azerbaijan, is deeper than originally thought. Early results from a core drilling programme have indicated the depth of the oxide is 60m with significant expansion potential.

Premier African Minerals Limited (LON:PREM) secured an improved offtake deal for tungsten from its RHA project in Zimbabwe and appointed a new chief operating officer as it moves towards commercial production. Premier will supply the first 4,100 metric tonnes to Noble Resources over an anticipated two years on favourable pricing terms, it said.

Sound Energy PLC (LON:SOU) has received another show of faith after its boss pumped a further £30,000 of his own money into the gas explorer. James Parsons, who has been at the helm of Sound for more than four years now, bought 44,500 shares at the market price of 67.37p.

Anglesey Mining plc (LON:AYM) soared after the restructuring of Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited (LIMH), in which it has a large stake, was approved. LIMH's (TSE:LIM) restructuring has been approved by the Ontario authorities and should go through next Monday.
