Logistics and transportation group Stobart Group Limited, said Warwick Brady, formerly chief operating officer of easyJet PLC (LON:EZJ), will join the board next year. Brady will become deputy group chief executive officer following the group’s annual general meeting in June 2017.

Amur Minerals (LON:AMC) has sent off the cores of a 60 hole drill programme at the Maly Kurumkon/Flangovy (MKF) deposit at Kun-Manie in Russia as part of a resource upgrade. Consultant Runge, Pincock, Minarco will analyse the data for MKF, which is the largest of five deposits at Kun-Manie in Far East Russia.

Mr Li has been appointed a non-executive director of the company.
Chesnara Plc (LON:CSN) said Peter Wright will step down as a non-executive director from the Board on December 31. Jane Dale will replace Peter as chairman of the group’s Audit & Risk Committee from December 14.
