The project is located 120 kilometres from the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper discovery and 100 kilometres from the Tropicana gold mine.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt today to prepare, the details, and also a response to an ASX price query.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 14th December 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
