Strategic Minerals PLC’s (LON:SML) managing director John Peters has bought 1.3mln shares at 0.42761p to take his stake in the miner to 10mln shares or 0.82% of the company

Wearables and wellbeing specialist CloudTag PLC (CTAG:LN) has appointed David He as its Chief Strategy and Data Officer. He will specialise in data, market and trend analysis with an emphasis on financial transactions.

Frontier IP’s Group PLC (LON:FIPP) prelims revealed a strong financial and operational performance. The incubator of fledgling companies said total revenues for the 12 months to June 30 rose by more than a quarter to just over £2mln.

Sierra Rutile’s (LON:SRX) proposed merger with Aussie firm Iluka is set to complete by the end of the month after German competition authorities gave the all-clear. The Germans started their investigation early September.

Peter George has become chairman designate with immediate effect at Ergomed Plc (LON:ERGO) after Rolf Stahel notified the board he would retire at the expiry of his three year term on March 31 next year. Stahel has been chairman since April 2014, while George has been a non-executive director since July of that year.
