Russia-based nickel mine developer Amur Minerals (LON:AMC) was forced to put out an explainer after its share price rocketed in the afternoon session.

Amur is developing the huge Kun-Manie deposit in Far East Russia. Shares rose 30% to 5.94p.
Churchill Mining PLC (LON:CHL) shot higher as it has been told that the ICSID Tribunal is finalising its decision over its claim against the Indonesian government and expects to be in a position to issue it within the next two weeks.
The Tribunal will give notice to the Parties three days in advance of the issuance of the decision.

Tiziana Life Sciences PLS (LON:TILS) climbed 23% to 216p as it revealed pre-clinical work had indicated oral efficacy in animals treated with foralumab, its immunotherapeutic treatment for NASH or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
"Until recently it has been generally accepted that despite the convenience and appeal of oral therapies, immunotherapies could not be administered orally because they would be degraded and inactivated by the harsh conditions in the gastrointestinal tract,” said Gabriele Cerrone, Tiziana’s chairman.

LightwaveRF PLC (LON:LWRF) featured among the worst performers as the app developer raised £1mln at 13p per share. Shares fell 15% to 17.8p.
Another faller was Flowgroup PLC (LON:FLOW), as the smart boiler group launched as strategic review of its microCHP operation due to the reduction in feed-in tariff payments. This may lead to sale or closure, news that sent the shares down 11% to 10.32p.
