Malcolm Lewin, the interim chief financial officer (CFO) of Iofina plc (LON:IOF), has got the gig full-time.
The specialist in the exploration and production of iodine and its chemical derivatives, said Lewis had been appointed as executive director and CFO to the board with immediate effect.
Malcolm is based in the UK, and has more than 30 years' experience in finance and accounting at both public and private companies.
He has served as Iofina's bean counter since February 2016.
“We have had the opportunity to get to know Malcolm over the period, and are confident that he will continue to prove to be a significant asset to the company as it works towards the opportunities that lie ahead," said Dr Tom Becker, president and chief executive officer of Iofina.
