Xstate Resources Ltd (ASX:XST) has some interesting news pending in the form of an acquisition.
The ASX has granted Xstate a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 4th November 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
