Estrella Resources Ltd (ASX:ESR) has an acquisition on the table, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.
Estrella will also undertake a capital raising.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 3rd November 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
