Sula Iron and Gold PLC (LON:SULA) said Roger Murphy has now formally become chief executive and John (Iain) Macpherson a non-exec director.
Messrs Murphy and Macpherson are both representatives of private firm Madini Occidental Ltd currently 75% owned by Madini Minerals, which holds around 26.16% of Sula.
As revealed earlier this month, Sula's Founder Nick Warrell is now the chief operating officer
Murphy has a background in geology and corporate finance and is currently a director of AIM-quoted Sunrise Resources Plc (LON:SRES)
Macpherson is an experienced mining executive and investor with extensive operational, project management and project development experience globally, including in West Africa.
Welcoming Macpherson, Roger Murphy added: "I am delighted to join the board of Sula and am very much looking forward to developing the very exciting Ferensola gold project in Sierra Leone."
