Recent presentations from life sciences firm ValiRx Plc (LON:VAL) have been warmly received, the group said in an update.
The company has two drugs in clinical trials, VAL 201 for prostate cancer, and VAL 401 for non-small cell lung cancer, but after positive indications for women’s infertility condition endometriosis, it has also now developed VAL 301.

In Copenhagen on Monday, data from the first-in-human (FIH) phase I/II, dose escalation and pharmacokinetic (PK) study to show the safety and tolerability of VAL201 for advanced prostate cancer and other advanced solid tumours, was provided.
The poster presentation showed early indications of efficacy in advanced prostate cancer with no drug-related serious adverse events recorded, ValiRx said.
The study continues with expansion into other tumour types and an Endometriosis trial is also planned.
