Main share price movers in London at 3.45pm.

RISERS

Red Leopard Holdings PLC (LON:RLH), up 54%. Mark Jackson has snapped up 10mln shares in the company.

Jersey Oil and Gas PLC (LON:JOG), up 47%. The North Sea-focused junior has completed the farm-out to Statoil of a 70% working interest in UK Seaward Licence P.2170, Blocks 20/5b and 21/1d, announced back on 23 August.

Mercom Capital PLC (LON:MCC), up 23%. Yesterday the board said it knew of no reason for the sharp rise in the share price; today, it revealed it had been informed that Kavi Dhana’s holding in the company is below 3%, and therefore no longer notifiable.

FALLERS

Nu-Oil & Gas PLC (LON:NUOG), down 46%. The shares fell to 0.375p after it raised £700,000 placing shares at 0.4p each.

Agriterra Ltd (LON:AGTA), down 13%. Shares rose 5% yesterday on completion of the sale of its Sierra Leone cocoa assets, but have run into profit-taking today.

Prime People PLC (LON:PRP), down 11%. The recruitment firm said market conditions had softened in the UK post-Brexit vote.

RISERS

IGas Energy PLC (LON:IGAS) up 34% to 16.2p. Government overturns a planning decision in Lancashire and will allow Cuadrilla to test for shale gas around Blackpool and Fylde boosting all shale gas groups.

Central Rand Gold Limited (LON:CRND) up 10% 1.37p. Miner has acquired waste dumps 10km from the company’s metallurgical plant. Test work has indicated the Mine Waste Dump material can be upgraded from an average gold grade of 0.7g/t to gold grades between 2.5g/t to 5.0g/t.

Fast Forward Innovations (LON:FFWD) up 6% to 14.5p. Investee company Factom Inc has raised US$4.2mln in a funding led by venture capitalist Tim Draper. Price of value doubles implied value of Fast Forward’s original investment.

FALLERS

SRT Marine Systems PLC (LON:SRT) down 8% to 40.6p. Interim loss of £1.2mln on sales of £2.7mln, but second half will see completion of several vessel transceiver projects.

Summit Therapeutics PLC (LON:SUMM) down 8% to 214p. Drug developer runs into profit taking after landmark deal with US firm Sarepta for DMD treatment. More detail on drug released today at World Muscle Society congress.

Easyjet PLC (LON:EZJ) down 6% to 947p. Fall in the pound has cost the budget airline £35mln in “adverse exchange rate movements” since June 23, bringing the currency-related impact on results to £90mln in the year ended September.

RISERS

Tengri Resources PLC (LON:TEN) up 133% to 3.79p. Company has raised £100,000 at 5p, a huge premium to the close last night. Talks are underway with Robust Resources over a debt settlement.

Ironveld PLC (LON:IRON) up 11% to 5p. South Africa’s Industrial Development Corporation has approved a R244m (US$17.9mln) funding package, while company has signed an off-take agreement for all of its high purity iron production for the next five years.

Chaarat Gold PLC (LON:CGH) up 16% to 8.25p. Labro, majority-owned by Charaat’s chairman Martin Andersson, buys more shares at 6.44p.

FALLERS

President Energy PLC (LON:PPC) down 36% to 7.31p. Disappointing well result in the Dos Puntitas field in Argentina, with drilling temporarily suspended after more problems.

WANdisco PLC (LON:WAND) down 20% to 178.7p . David Richards has returned as the new chief executive of the Big Data firm after as its shareholders revolted and demanded his reinstatement. The two directors who ousted him, chairman Paul Walker and non-exec Ian Duncan, are now leaving instead.
