Nu-Oil and Gas PLC (LON:NUOG) up 96% to 0.23p. Aibel AS has agreed to take on the role of Partner EPC contractor for the Marginal Field Delivery Consortium. This agreement is very significant, said Nu-Oil.
NetDimensions (Holdings) PLC (LON:NETD) up 37% to 62.8p. Software group has received an unsolicited approach that may lead to an offer for the company.
Mercom Capital PLC (LON:MCC) up 16% to 6.08p. Unlike NetDimensions, natural resources investor Mercom says it knows of no reason for the surge in the share price.
FALLERS
Impact Holdings PLC (LON:IHUK) down 45% . Specialist lending company is proposing to de-list from AIM on 8 November.
Topps Tiles Plc (LON:TPT) down 6% to 105.1p. A mixed trading update sParks some selling. Like-for like revenues grew by 4.2% over the year to 1 October, but growth was much slower in the final quarter.

Stratmin Global Resources PLC (LON:STGR) up 22% to 1.98p. Company has made an initial investment in Tirupati Resources Mauritius, the joint venture that owns the Vatomaina graphite project in Madagascar.
Central Asia Metals Ltd (LON:CAML) up 7% to 192.9p. Copper production rises by 38% to a new quarterly record of 4,102 tonnes.
Park Group (LON:PKG) up 4% to 69.4p. Voucher group acquires corporate employee and customer engagement group FMI for an undisclosed cash sum. FMI has a number of blue-chip clients.
FALLERS
Summit Therapeutics PLC (LON:SUMM) down 14% to 216.7p. Profit taking after share price almost doubled yesterday on deal for DMD drug with US firm Sarepta.
SVG Capital PLC ( LON:SVI) down 3% to 653p. Two US private equity firms (Pantheon Venture, Pomona) confirm deal to buy half of SVG’s assets though they say it is still only an agreement in principle.
3i Infrastructure PLC (LON:3IN) down 3% to 193.4p. Infrastructure fund is to invest €6.5mln into Netherlands motorway project.

DP Poland Plc (LON:DPP) up 11% to 54p. Domino’s pizza franchise holder in Poland raises £3.2mln for expansion at a very modest discount to market price.
Tesco PLC (LON:TSCO ) up 8% to 203.9p. Like-for-like sales show an improvement again as supermarket giant claws back some ground form the discounters.
FALLERS
Caledonia Mining Corporation Limited (LON:CMCL) down 6% to 124p. Production update sparks some profit taking after strong run recently for shares in the Zimbabwe-based gold miner.
Hastings PLC (LON:HSTG) down 4% to 219.1p. Goldman Sachs and a group of other owners sell 7% of the insurance company through a placing at a price of 216p.
