FALLERS
Oilex PLC (LON:OEX) down 12% to 0.42p. India-focused oil group has cut more staff but is still hopeful of drilling a well in first half of 2017.
Porta Communications PLC (LON:PTCM) down 8% to 3.34p. Media and PR firm sees profits slip in wake of Brexit vote.

Anglo African Agriculture PLC (LON:AAAP) up 17% to 1.05p. David Lenigas vehicle has received an offer to buy its 49.9% interest in its Guar Bean Production Joint Venture in South Africa.
LGO Energy PLC (LON:LGO) up 14% to 0.11p. RNS statement that Mike Joseph has tripled his stake to 6.45% though purchase of 300mln shares at a cost of £300,000 sends shares in Trinidad-based oiler soaring.
ASA Resources Group PLC (LON:ASA) up 13% to 2.12p. The company is separating its gold, nickel, diamond and copper operations into separate entities to “unlock significant value” for its shareholders.
FALLERS
Plus500 PLC (LON:PLUS) down 13% to 656p. Founders of the spread betting company sell 15.5mln shares at 650p to raise £100.75mln.
Boxhill Technologies PLC (LON:BOX) down 11% to 0.19p. Interim profits at the Weather Lottery and payments group slip to £288,000 from £336,000.
Galantas Gold PLC (LON:GAL) down 8% to 8.65p. Judicial review into the granting of planning permission for its mine in Ulster will now take at least until December.

Strat Aero PLC (LON:AERO) up 21% to 0.85p. Drone services group has settled all litigation with boss of Aero Kinetics. Strat Aero has paid US$75,000 and issued shares equal to 11.75% of company to W Hulsey Smith.
Edenville Energy PLC (LON:EDL) up 15% to 0.49p. Tanzanian thermal power station developer has raised £500,000 at 0.4p per share through an oversubscribed placing.
FALLERS
Capita PLC (LON:CPI) down 26% to 700p. Outsourcer warns of lower profits due to congestion contact overrun and Co-op Bank contract problems.
Harvey Nash PLC (LON:HVN) down 9% to 60p. Recruiter’s profits slide 20% to £3.8mln due partly to a freeze in job hiring after Brexit.
Vernalis plc (LON:VSR) down 8% to 41p. Losses soar to £17.1mln due to higher costs and weakness of sterling. Biotech company has invested heavily in cough cold franchise Tuzistra.
