The judicial review into Galantas Gold Corp’s (LON:GAL CVE:GAL) planning application for the Cavanacaw mine in Omagh is likely to be put back until December.
Galantas has been notified that an extension beyond the current 27-29 September listing dates is likely and the Court may look to list a continuance for early December 2016.
It understands that the applicant's evidence may be heard by the end of the September listing dates but the planning authorities, which are the defendants, will be heard in December.
The review follows an objection to the original granting of planning permission for the mine in Northen Ireland.
Galantas said it will deliver any evidence it has alongside the planning authorities, meanwhile preparation activities continue on the site in County Armagh.
