Leopoldo Zambeletti, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 250p each.
Zambeletti now holds 17,461 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.
In other news, Berkeley Energia PLC (LON:BKY) has appointed a subsidiary of the FTSE 250-listed consultant Amec Foster Wheeler (LON:AMFW) to carry out the front-end engineering and design for its Salamanca uranium mine in Spain.
Elsewhere, Union Jack Oil PLC (LON:UJO) chairman David Bramhill told investors that the future looks bright for the Wressle field after the company increased its stake in the project.
It comes as Wressle advances towards production start-up in early 2017.
Over at Europa Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (LON:EOG) it has agreed to sell a 3.34% interest in the Wressle field to Union Jack Oil PLC (LON:UJO) in a deal valuing the former’s original stake in the project at £6mln.
Union Jack Oil is paying £600,000 in cash for the 3.34% stake and as a result its total interest in Wressle, in North Lincolnshire, rises to 11.67% from 8.8%.
Meanwhile, Greka Drilling PLC (LON:GDL) is hoping for a rebound in activity over the remainder of 2016 after the weak oil price slowed drilling activity in China.
Greka specialises in drilling for unconventional gas and the reduced activity meant interim revenues fell to US$2.6mln (US$11.9mln), while there was a loss of US$5.2mln (US$4.5mln).
Over at Brave Bison Group PLC (LON:BBSN) it has appointed Paul Marshall as non-executive director, replacing John Barnett who is stepping down due to increasing business commitments.
A qualified chartered accountant, Marshall is managing director of the family office Vesuvius Ventures Limited.
Next, WideCells Group PLC (LON:WDC) has devised a series of short courses to educate doctors, researchers and other medical professionals of the benefits of stem cell storage and treatment.
The ten short courses are being developed with the University of Westminster and will boost demand for its stem cell storage and healthcare services, said the company.
Shares in metals explorer Ortac Resources Ltd (LON:OTC) advanced on Tuesday afternoon after several board members confirmed that that they had increased their stakes in the firm.
The company announced today that it had raised a further £170,000 via a share placing, in which Chief executive Vassilios Carellas, executive chairman Anthony Balme and non-executive director Paul Heber all took part.
