Significant share price risers and fallers in London at 4.15pm

RISERS

Seeing Machines Limited (LON:SEE) up 25% to 5.61p. Shares still soaring after driverless car update yesterday and new that first iteration of the company’s technology is to be incorporated in vehicles in 2018.

Scotgold Resources Limited (LON:SGZ) up 9% to 0.63p. A convertible loan of £300,000 from Nat le Roux has been replaced by a straight repayment loan.

Obtala Limited (LON:OBT) up 8% to 13.2p. Now solely focused on agriculture in Tanzania and forestry in Mozambique - as it sold off the last of its non-core ventures - the retail arm - for a mere US$100.

FALLERS

GCM Resources PLC (LON:GCM) down 24% to 12p. Shares hit on a report that Bangladeshi government has shut a mine in the country seen even though it is not part of GCM’s operations.

Indivior PLC (LON:INDV) down 4% to 313p. Thirty-five U.S. states and the District of Columbia have filed a civil complaint alleging violations of state and federal antitrust and consumer protection laws. The substance abuse drug specialist said it intends to continue to vigorously defend its position. Shares have rallied strongly in afternoon trading

Significant share price risers and fallers in London at 12.45pm

ASA Resources Group PLC (LON:ASA) down 13% to 1.81p. Nickel subsidiary Bindura has seen a recovery in prices and tonnes sold in quarter to September.

Sound Energy PLC (LON:SOU) up 10% to 86.3p. Gas group has re-negotiated the headline acquisition terms for a 50% stake in the Sidi Moktar assets in Morocco, sealing a deal that could provide a £3mln boost to its coffers at last night’s share price.

Clear Leisure PLC (LON:CLP) up 9% 0.96p. Company has entered into a binding agreement with an Italian bank to buy back €1.3mln of debt of one is its subsidiaries at a 76% discount.

FALLERS

LGO Energy PLC (LON:LGO) down 10% to 0.105p. Trinidad focused oiler raises £795,000 at 0.1p to fund well workover programme.

Premier African Minerals PLC (LON:PREM) down 5% to 0.43p. Crushing screens at its RHA development in Zimbabwe have been installed.

RISERS

Netscientific PLC (LON:NSCI) up 11% to 84p. Wanda, one of the biotech investor’s portfolio companies, chosen by Los Angeles-based 24Hr HomeCare to provide its predictive analytics and behavioural guidance technology.

Sports Direct International PLC (LON:SPD) up 7% to 307.6p. Founder Mike Ashley takes over as chief executive of the controversial sportswear company following departure of Dave Forsey.

Aminex plc (LON:AEX) up 5% to 1.83p. Appoints rig contractor for Ntorya-2 appraisal well in Tanzania. Work is expected to get underway in six-to-eight weeks.

FALLERS

Kibo Mining PLC (LON:KIBO) down 9% at 8.1p. Junior to list gold mining mining interests on AIM and spin-off will raise £1.2mln at 6p.

MX Oil PLC (LON:MXO) down 7% to 1.05p. Losses rise to £1.83mln (£0.72mln) reflecting increased activity in Mexico.
