Fox Marble Holdings PLC (LON:FOX) has seen a reshuffling of senior responsibilities with managing director Etrur Albani stepping down from the board.
Albani will remain with the Kosovo and Balkans-based marble quarry group, but just not at director level.
Andrew Allner, chairman, said: “We are pleased that Etrur remains fully committed to Fox Marble's development and that he has confirmed he has no plans to dispose of his shareholding in the company.”
Fox added that Paul Jourdan will be retiring as a non-executive to spend more time at Amati Global Investors while AIM company veteran Richard Round will join the board as non-exec.
Round led the sale of Green Highland Renewables Limited in 2015 and holds a number of non-executive positions across various industries.
Elsewhere, Fiona Hadfield has returned as chief financial officer, following maternity leave.
Fox Marble also revealed operating losses for the half year to June rose to £1.49mln (£852,000) with pre-tax losses up slightly to £1.19mln.
The group had already flagged that orders had risen to €4.1mln while interim sales were €262,000. Net cash was €2.49mln.
Chris Gilbert, chief executive, said: "The market continues to see our product as world class, and we are pleased that our Bianco Illirico stone has been specified via Pisani for the Lille Square development in Earls Court.
"I am encouraged that our factory is approaching completion. This facility will allow the company to process our material in-house for global distribution."
