Risers and fallers: TyraTech, Crawshaw and JRP …

TyraTech's share price rose this afternoon after one of its non-executive directors bought half a million shares at a 25% premium

RISERS

JRP Group PLC (LON:JRP), up 18% to 115p. Posted a healthy set of results with sales and profits all up on last year’s numbers.

TyraTech, Inc. (LON:TYR), up 14% to 1.99p. One of its non-executive directors, Jim Hill, bought 500,000 shares at a premium price of 2.5p per share.

Ricardo plc (LON:RCDO), up 9% to 870p. Published a strong set of results on Thursday. Underlying profit before tax up 41% to £37.7mln and revenues also up to £332.4mln (1H 2015: 257.5mln).

FALLERS

Crawshaw Group PLC (LON:CRAW), down 40% to 44.2p. Said it struggled with reduced footfall towards the end of its first half and said conditions have remained “difficult” since the period end.

Prospect Oil and Gas (LON:PXOG),down 10% to 1.5p. Told investors that its subsidiary firm Strzelecki Energia is on track to drill the Boleslaw-1 well at the Kolo licence in Poland.

Proteome Sciences plc (LON:PRM), down 8% to 12.5p. Operating loss and total loss widened during the first six months of the year despite increasing revenues by 44%.

RISERS

Billing Services Group Limited (LON:BILL), up 18% to 3.4p. Made the second payment of US$520,000 to the Federal Trade Commission today as part of the settlement reached in May.

Redhall Group PLC (LON:RHL), up 14% to 10p. Told investors that its businesses Booth Industries and Jordan Manufacturing are “well placed” to win work at the Hinkley power project which was given the go-ahead today.

Immedia Group PLC (LON:IME), up 11% to 35p. Recently acquired subsidiary, AVC Immedia, has won new contracts with football’s governing body FIFA, to supply its Matchviewer tool during four upcoming tournaments.

FALLERS

Global Energy Develpoment PLC (LON:GED), down 12% to 24.6p. Saw revenues fall significantly in the first six months of the year to US$84,000 (1H 2015: US$217,000), although it did manage to narrow losses slightly.

Stanley Gibbons Group PLC (LON:SGI), down 8% to 13.9p. Non-executive director Clive Jones resigned from the board with immediate effect this morning.

IndigoVision Group plc (LON:IND), down 7% to 150p. Blamed “highly competitive” market conditions as the reason why revenue and profits both fell in its latest half-year report.

RISERS

Powerflute (LON:POWR), up 20% to 88.5p. Bidco has made an offer of £268mln for the company, which will see shareholders receive 90p per share in cash.

Electrocomponents (LON:ECM), up 14% to 343.7p. Said it had made strong progress this year and has benefitted from foreign exchange movements. As a result, it now expects to post a half year profit before tax of around £54mln.

FALLERS

Fairpoint Group (LON:FRP), down 14% to 89p. Profit before tax and earnings per share fell in the first six months of the year and said its second half expectations for conveyancing have been “adjusted materially downwards”.

Be Heard Group (LON:BHRD), down 8% to 3.7p. Posted an operational loss of £2.16mln and an overall loss before tax of £2.18mln.
