Tern PLC (LON:TERN) told investors its Internet of Things (IoT) subsidiary Device Authority has been certified as a Dell IoT Solutions Partner.
The AIM-quoted technology investor highlighted in a stock market statement that Dell’s partner programme is a “multi-tiered ecosystem of domain experts”.
Device Authority has developed security solutions for devices enabled on the ‘internet of things’ machine-to-machine networks.
Dell’s programme aims to “enable IoT solutions that are secure, manageable, easy to deploy, and deliver clear returns on investment in areas such as improved efficiency, productivity, safety, and user experience,” Tern added.
Significantly, it added that the programme enables software vendors and service providers like Device Authority to select the right partners to deploy scalable, differentiated solutions with Dell's broad portfolio of IoT-enabling technologies.
Darron Antill, Device Authority's chief executive, said: "We are excited about this key partnership with Dell.
