Cape Lambert Resources Ltd receives notice of initial substantial holder


Cape Lambert Resources Ltd (ASX:CFE) has received a notice of initial substantial holder from Gulf Energy International Ltd, which now holds 94 million shares, or 13.04%.

Cape Lambert’s strategy is to acquire and invest in undervalued and/or distressed mineral assets and companies.

Cape Lambert has interests in several exploration and mining companies, providing exposure to iron ore, copper, gold, uranium, manganese, lithium and lead-silver-zinc assets in Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa and South America.

Cape Lambert owns the following exploration projects:

- Marampa Iron Ore Project;
- Rokel Iron Ore Project;
- Kukuna Iron Ore Project; and
- Wee McGregor Copper Project.

Cape Lambert has investments in the followed listed companies:

- International Goldfields Ltd (ASX:IGS);
- Fe Ltd (ASX:FEL)
- Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU); and
- European Lithium Ltd (ASX listing pending).

As at 30 June 2016, the company had A$5.63 million in cash.
