Megaport Ltd (ASX:MP1) is preparing to outline details of a capital raising, and a European acquisition.
The ASX has granted Megaport a trading halt to prepare, with its shares placed in pre-open.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 1st August 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
